The Problem
The cleaning process had become a serious drain on time and money. Machines were being manually cleaned with rags, solvents and degreasers to remove Precoat; a stubborn, bitumen-based coating applied to aggregate.

The Solution

- 50-Metre Hose + Top-Mount Reel: Enables cleaning of large equipment without constant repositioning. Simplifies access around machinery and tight service areas.
- 1000-Litre Water Tank: Provides ample water supply for remote cleaning tasks. Fully mobile with no need for mains access.
- Heavy-duty mine-spec trailer: Fully galvanised for long-term durability with onboard electric brakes for easy towing. Included safety features like fire extinguishers, a strobe light and wheel nut indicators, plus removable front and roof panels for all-weather protection.
