We’re continuing to strengthen technical support across the SPITWATER dealer network, with Dean Borch joining the team as National Technical Service & Training Manager.
Dean brings more than 11 years of SPITWATER experience to the role, including leading our Albury factory. He knows our products inside and out, from how they’re built, how they perform in the field and where we need to keep lifting the standard.
In his new role, Dean will work closely with our service teams and dealers to strengthen:
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Dealer training and practical service resources
- Consistency and technical standards across the network
- Feedback between dealers, customers and the factory
- How product and quality issues identified in the field are communicated back to our manufacturing team
A big part of Dean’s role will be strengthening the connection between the people selling and servicing SPITWATER equipment and the people building it.
That means the knowledge and feedback coming from our dealer network can get back to the right people, helping us resolve issues, improve our products and give dealers stronger support in the field.
There’s plenty we want to build, and it won’t all happen overnight. But with Dean’s product knowledge, factory experience and focus on raising standards, we’re putting the right structure behind it.
The goal is to give our dealers greater confidence that when you need technical support, SPITWATER has the knowledge, people and factory connection behind you.
