The Challenge

The team at Auslift faced a recurring problem. Every time units returned from hire, they were coated in mud, dirt, grease and even paint, plaster or concrete overspray. Preparing machines for the next customer was slow, labour-intensive and reduced fleet availability.

During a site assessment, a SPITWATER Solutions Specialist identified that Auslift’s cleaning process lacked the power and efficiency needed to keep pace with demand. Machines were being cleaned manually and with underpowered equipment, which increased turnaround time and operating costs.

The Solution

SPITWATER recommended the SW201 hot water pressure cleaner, delivering 15 LPM at 3000 PSI. Hot water cut through grease and grime instantly, reducing manual effort.

To address paint, plaster and concrete overspray, the setup included a Sand Blaster attachment. This allowed Auslift to strip surfaces quickly, preparing scissor lifts for repainting and extending the life of their fleet.
